Our Goal

Let’s get down to business: our goal is to glorify God through this website. Our hope and prayer is that God uses these ramblings of a former firebrand to bring about His will in His way.

With that out of the way, we’ll simply say that you will notice this website promotes Christ. It proclaims the gospel. It seeks power through Spirit-filled living. It seeks to give the Word of God its proper place as the clearly communicated message God wanted to speak. He is THE Master Communicator. He stated what He wanted to in the Bible.

That’s what this website is all about.

Our Story

Yup. I was hot. No, not that kind of hot. I mean hellfire hot. God extinguished hell for me and made me His child through Jesus Christ. Now I’m as cool as an arctic iceberg.

This website is a labor of love to anyone who needs to have God extinguish the fires of hell for them. Birthed from the ministry of Grizzly Flats Community Church, this stands as light to those in darkness, sight to those who are blind and life to those who are dead in their trespasses and sins. My constant prayer is that you will benefit from this labor of love.

Our Stand

We believe in One God

God is one God, not many. God made this clear through His commands in Exodus 20: “You will have no other gods.” Moses also focused on God’s oneness when he declared to Israel: “Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one!” (Deuteronomy 6:4). Because of this, we worship one God.

We believe that One God Is Three Persons

Although many have decried the Trinity, God as one yet existing in three Persons, this is a fact the Bible explains. The best proof of this is Jesus’ constant claim to equality with God the Father (John 8:58, John 10:30) as well as other claims by other people that Jesus is, indeed, God (Philippians 2:6). The fact that both the Father and the Son, Jesus, claim deity presents a problem without the Trinity. The Holy Spirit is also given this status by standing next to the Father and the Son as someone who saves, something only God can do (Matthew 28:19).

We believe that God sent the Son to this Earth to fix the sin Problem

Everyone owns the sin problem (Romans 3:23) that must be fixed if we are to approach God. The Father sent the Son to this earth to take care of that problem for sinners who couldn’t take care of it themselves. (Romans 5:8, 1 Timothy 1:15). As a result, salvation is found in one Person alone, Jesus Christ (John 14:6, 1 Timothy 2:5).

We believe That We Are Declared Righteous by Faith Alone So That We can Live OUt Our Lives to God’s Glory

We are justified by Christ alone (Romans 4:1–8) through faith alone (Romans 3:28). Christ’s work provides salvation from the power of sin but not the presence of sin (Romans 6) so that we can live holy lives in an unholy environment (Titus 2:11–13).

We believe that We are fully Reconciled to God

We are fully reconciled in Jesus Christ to God, even though we were once His mortal enemies. Yet, salvation by faith through Jesus alone means we have new life in Christ (Romans 5:10). This immediately and effectively places us in the family of God (1 John 3:1).

We believe that God did Not leave us but will come back and claim us to Be with HIm

When Christ returned to the Father, He did not abandon us (Hebrews 13:5). He will return to take us to be with Him (John 14:18) where we will forever be with God (1 Thessalonians 4:17).
